Hoy llevé a mis dos perritos, Yorkshire terrier muy tremendos, el macho no le gusta que lo bañen y que le arreglen las uñas, me llamaron una hora después diciendo que estaban listos, para mi sorpresa la groomer los tenía cargados y se veían muy confortables y contentos ( los trataron bien), los cortes exactamente como los pedí. Definitivamente el próximo mes los traigo, el ambiente es súper cool, las chicas tratan a los perritos con mucho cariño y se nota desde lejos que aman lo que hacen, súper contento con el resultado.

No corras, ¡huye! El peor peluquero de mascotas en el sur de Florida. No solo dejaron a mi perro con un corte de pelo desastroso, sino que el personal fue grosero y parecía no tener ni idea de cómo tratar a los animales. If you care about your pet, do not take them to this groomer. My dog was visibly shaking when he left, something he has never done with any other groomer. It’s evident that most of the positive reviews are fake. This establishment is purely a money grab, and they clearly do not care about the well-being of the animals.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a groomer. It took almost a year for my poodle to have the perfect rounded teddy bear cut. I brought my dog in for a wash only and specified multiple times that I only wanted a wash and nothing cut. They were extremely dismissive, saying, “Yeah, yeah, we understand.” I had a bad feeling and should have trusted my gut. I even wrote “WASH ONLY” in all caps on the sign-in sheet.

Five hours later, they texted me that my dog was ready. When I got there, they wanted me to pay first. I asked to see my dog, and to my horror, he was shaved almost bald. I asked why they cut his hair and was nearly in tears. The receptionist lied to me twice, claiming they didn’t cut his hair. It was extremely insulting, as I know how I brought my dog in, and the difference between his fluffy cut and being almost bald was extreme.

Finally, another woman came from the back and admitted they cut his hair, saying the groomer thought it would look better and assured me his hair would grow back. This was literally the most insulting thing ever. She then said I didn’t have to pay and walked off, leaving me standing there with no remorse.

To make matters worse, there were about 10-15 people in the back, laughing and seemingly having a small gathering or party. The receptionist left the front as well, leaving me alone with my dog, feeling helpless and abandoned.

This place is great! My dog loves coming in every time. We are always greeted with happiness and the staff is genuinely happy to see my dog. The mobile service works wonderfully too! Enzo and I are very happy we found Groom&Go!
